Mercedes // AMG One

For the Mercedes-AMG "The Afterfume" project, I played a key role in the visual development of the film’s centerpiece: the high-octane transformation of a Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 car into the AMG ONE hypercar. Working under the direction of Mark Jenkinson and alongside On-Set VFX Supervisor Ben Turner, I was responsible for architecting the visual logic and aesthetic "DNA" of this metamorphosis.

My primary focus was to ensure the transformation felt grounded in engineering reality while delivering a visceral, powerful impact on screen. I developed the look of the shifting surfaces, managing the transition of aerodynamic components and structural layers to capture the raw energy of the brand’s F1-to-road technology transfer. By balancing intricate mechanical detail with dynamic, high-speed motion, I helped create a sequence that conveyed both the technical sophistication and the sheer "heartbeat" of the AMG ONE. The final result is a seamless, aggressive visual evolution that serves as the definitive representation of racing performance meeting the street.
